Turnaround Time
Our current turnaround time is 1 – 2 weeks (as of 09/13/22)-this does not include holidays or weekends. Please note that this is just an estimate and may vary depending on our current workload and how many items are in your order. Christmas is ALWAYS the busiest time of the year and our turnaround time will be increased. Please make sure you order before our Christmas deadline. Due to the lengthy, tedious process of glittering the tumblers, we have to spend an ample amount of time creating that perfect finish. Please note that every item is handmade and made-to-order (unless otherwise stated). We will try our best to get your order out as soon as possible. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Ready-to-ship items are 1 to 3 business days and may vary due to the current workload.
