Damaged Items

If for any reason your item arrives damaged, we are happy to send an exact replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order for us to process and send you a return label. Your damaged item must be shipped within 5 days of the return label being sent.

Returns

TipsyVinyl does not offer returns on any item. If your item is defected or damaged upon arrival, we are happy to send you an exact replacement. Exchanges

TipsyVinyl does not offer exchanges. Please review your entire order before checkout to guarantee you know exactly what it is you are ordering. Please ask us any questions prior to checkout if you are confused about anything on your order.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at tipsyvinyl@gmail.com with the subject title “Cancellation” along with your order number.
